Review: I brought in a television that was not powering up. It was diagnosed that a loose connection with the power supply. When I picked up the TV, I was told that the HDMI port was bent. When I came home, it was not only bent but broken inside and not working. I went back explained to him that the TV was in the same spot for 5 years and he told me he didnt break it and offered no resolution other than to bring it to him for additional costs. I spent $125 to fix a television.Desired Settlement: I want the HDMI port repaired
