I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The movers were not supervised by me when they were offloading from truck they working on their own and I trusted them as I was singlehandedly managing my move so I stayed in my apartment when they delivered so I could direct them which piece belongs to which room. It was impossible for me to be in two places at the same time. I did not supervise them which is falsely stated by the movers.  I was the ONLY ONE handling the whole move.  Their CC machine was so small and was not an updated one.  It took him so long to make it go through, so it is not my credit card but their machine was old and not working well.  Also it is a lie he has stated that all the furniture was in my apartment when the movers blackmailed me - unless I pay them they will not move the remaining furniture. I was threatened my furniture will be left in the passage and they will leave. I was so shocked that they threatened me.  Yes, it is a russian mafia, thugs.  All their  movers had an attitude, rude, did not answer politely when I asked questions.  When they started putting boxes on the window sills I told them  put them on the floor to which they reacted.  Honestly, I was afraid of them being all alone around these thugs.  I was so pressured by one of the movers, that I did not know what to do.  I did not supervise nor checked their truck to prove that all my furniture was off loaded and brought up to my apartment.  At one point They stalled /stopped the move for a long time, I was wondering what all three of them were doing. I almost went down to check and then one mover came with a small box.  I asked him what is going on and why the delay and why did he brought just one box?  He refused to answer.  My platform bed which needed to be assembled, the movers did it wrongly, did not listen to me and left.  In the end Moreover, when there were left over, moving material, none of the movers touched it and wanted to leave it by my door which was outrageous and until I asked, they refused to help remove their moving material.  Honestly speaking, they are not courteous, very rude, no apathy.  I have never had movers in the past who will stop moving until they got paid.  The movers wanted to charge me for their moving equipment (dolly) which all movers use.  I refused to pay for that. This is the $20 he is talking about.  It was never mentioned before when I was arranging the move, it just came as a surprise. They wanted to charge me for blankets, boxes.  It old them all my stuff was packed in storage. All they needed to do was to move my stuff to my apartment.  Since it would have taken them less time than 2 hours, they purposely stalled/stopped the move and charged me extra for one more hour.  These are last minute tactics they use to blackmail me and took more money than they should have.  But since I am missing some important items, I want the movers to reimburse me.  They are dishonest, obnoxious, scary and not polite.  I urge you not to even acknowledge their lies.  Even on the phone instead of talking politely they are rude and dishonest.  I have stated all the facts as they happened. I am honest and did not expect this blackmail nor dishonesty.

We are running reputable, licensed and insured business.We are always responding and always trying to satisfy every customer. Everyone should be happy.We would love to resolve this case too. Our side of the story has not being changed.It's the bold fact. I have 57 emails long conversation with this customer. I can post them one by one upon request. This accusations are false. Demands are out of proportion.[redacted] had ordered our moving company to do the move for her over internet. She had to move from [redacted] to [redacted]. According to he words she didn't want to use the other movers because of their dishonesty.Our moving crew arrived on time on the moving date and everything was fine at the beginning. They loaded all the stuff from her storage room on the truck and took it to the other address. Whole moving job was done under [redacted] supervision until last piece was inside of her new place.Amount of charge was $345. She was trying to pay with CC. Card was declined. One of her friends or neighbors offered her to pay and paid $325 in cash. $20 were never paid.She demanded our moving crew to work overtime when her time was up according to the agreement. All the stuff was in and it was already arranged inside of her apart. Our movers worked approximately 15 minutes free of charge... The foreman told her we couldn't work for free anymore. She's got very angry and started calling us "[redacted],  [redacted], etc"... Job was done and movers left.Afterwords [redacted] called me up and sent us emails several times demanding money calling us "[redacted]..." She had also mentioned that she can't find "1 area rug. 1 shoe rack. 3 plastic bags with pillows and comforters.1 black office chair with wheels" Of course we didn't have this items and I told her that.  She said that we will pay more if we would not pay her now. Amount of money was never specified to me. I notified her that we don't owe her any money and everything was done according to our agreement. Avoid this business. I utilized them for a recent move. After the move, I noticed a clear coin purse was missing. It had less than $10 of change, which was not an issue. However, with my suspicions arisen, I looked into my storage drawers where I had kept a gold ring (family heirloom) and this it was missing. I asked to have the truck searched and then the owner called me and implied that I was either lying or misplaced the item myself. I understand defending your own employees, so I continued to search everywhere in both my old apartment and current. After doing so multiple times, the only conclusion I can come to is that it was either stolen or lost by these guys during the move. It's my own fault for being so naive and trusting, but I hope this serves as a warning to all future potential customers. I didn't mind when they told me we needed to change my move time the day before. But valuable family heirlooms going "missing" is pretty much where I draw the line.
They've since reached out to offer apologies and the one head mover later suggested my friends had stolen the property from me (they weren't home). However, apologies aren't going to return the stolen (or "missing") property. Do yourself a favor and don't take the risk on these guys. I put in a complaint but they couldn't reach the company.

Review: I am forwarding complaint posted below against movers who A&A twoguysantruck handled by Russian Group of people who were dishonest and some of my items are missing. They stopped moving my items in the midst of the move and demanded cash payment from me. I told them they agreed to payment by credit card and that I did not have cash amount of $325. My next door neighbor who came to check up on me paid cash on my behalf which was very embarrassing for me but the movers ruthlessly took the money. My neighbor could not stay long so he left and I was all alone. I trusted the movers to be honest to off load all my belongings from the truck but obviously they did not. The movers were rude, rough and nasty. They dumped all my furniture in the middle of the hallway and refused to move until I paid cash on the spot and blackmailed me. All three of them had a bad attitude. They took their own time and took longer to move so they can charge more for an extra hour which was dishonest. I was afraid of them as I was the only one handling the move and did not have time or manpower to check if everything was offloaded from the truck.
