Review: Requested repairs be made to my air condition unit. The system was not working cutting off and on intermittenly. The repairman arrived on 17 Jun 14, and I agreed to pay a service charge of approximately $90.00, plus any cost of repair. The repair asked my wife to turn the systems on from the apartment which she didi. The systems came on upon request. The repairman placed a gauge on th system without checking the electric department. He claimed the system was short of freon. He connected a tank of freon to the system without a scale. In about 5 minutes he claimed he placed two pound in the unit. Total time the repairman works was 15 minutes. Two days later the systems start doing the same thing cutting on and off, providing no cool air. We called the company again on 19 June and ask for the service man to return. We was told that he could return but it would cost an additional $90.00. After explaining that the unit is doing the same thing and we didnot want to pay an additional service charge. After being told we will have to pay, we declined. On 20 Jun 04, we had another service provider look at the unit. He immediately disconnented the power supply, opened the electric department and found a burned out hard wire that was close enough to the contact switch to cause the system to work intermittenly. He also he checked the freon and found it to be low; whixh required approximately three pound. This time a scale was use to determine the amount of freon used.

My complaint is that the A-AAanndale serviceman failed to completedly check the system and failed to put freon in the system as stated. He charged us $300.00 for service we didn't receive.
