AA Appliance Repair

Review: This company was referred to me by [redacted] Appliances Customer Service. They gave very poor service, the cost was exorbitant, the problem is not repaired, and when promised a partial refund a check was not sent. I have called this company 3 times asking for a refund check and the owner has not returned my calls. I have used this company in the past and their service has declined recently: ineffective scheduling of appointments (inconvenience to my work schedule), poor communication between scheduler and technician, technician not contacting me by phone or text correctly, arriving prior to scheduled time for appointments, incorrect information about problem with clothes dryer, argumentative nature of the technician, contradictory information by tech vs. company owner, rude behavior by scheduler, incompetence of technician, overcharge for a replacement part, and unkept promise of a partial refund. I am now asking for refund of the entire bill of $700.79 especially since the problem with the clothes dryer is not repaired (lint filter alarm and suspension of function).Desired Settlement: Full refund of $700.79.
