A.A. Arden

AA Arden completed an energy audit of my home through the MassSave program and then subsequently provided blown-in-insulation for the walls of the home, along with related weatherization work. Three "bays" (the space between studs) were overfilled causing a rupture of the wallboard. A.A. Arden was informed of this condition (Noted by the MassSave inspector) about 2 weeks after the completion of the work, by phone. Subsequent phone calls and a letter resulted in commitments to come on site and determine how to repair the walls. No such visit has been provided after any of the conversations and there has been no follow up after approximately four attempts to resolve the situation.
