We are not living in the 1800's where weather isn't something we can predict Every phone even has an app telling you the weatherI know what time I have to be done mowing my own lawn before it rains When you do work that gets damaged by rain, you do not do it on a day it is going to rain! As everyone knows the Ohio weather is very spuratic and can rain one spot and not in another.As much as A.A.Asphalt regrets this situation there is no way to control  the weather.
