OUR CREW HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING WE HAVE REVIEWED COMPLAINT AND HAVE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION WITH HOMEOWNER CREW HAS BEEN BACK OUT TO REPAIR AND CORRECT PER OWNERS REQUEST CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED
Had a contract for a year, they came twice to treat the same area. Termites are still there,wanted to charge me more than agreed to renew my contract. When I finally agreed to pay, the boss [redacted] called his workers and told them not to renew it. He said it was normal to a different swarm of termites in the same place after 5 months. Horrible experience, and their product is ineffective.
