In response to above claim, Homeowners called us out for plumbing leak We went out and fixed leak, but homeowners had secondary water damage We referred them to another company for restoration Homeowners hired restoration company to perform services for them Also, restoration company referred them to another contractor for there cabinetry work, Again, homeowners hired company to perform rebuilding back of cabinets Once cabinets were put back in place, homeowners called us back out to reinstall oven/stove and install back plumbing under kitchen sink When our service technician went back out there, he tried to install oven/stove, but because the cabinet person did not make proper access for stove to slide back, our technician tried to push it back, seeing if he could make it fit It did not and in the event , the glass on the front of the oven broke We contacted restoration company and explained that the cabinet person did not do his job correctly and also did not finish fixing cabinets all the way and that he needed to comeback and fix everything In the meantime, the restoration company said they would order a new piece of glass for the oven because the glass was no longer made and it would take about 4-weeks I called homeowner to let them know and they were fine with thatIt was not until I received this complaint from the Revdex.com that was stating we had done wrong by the homeowner, that I was aware of their unhappiness The problems that they were having were not the result of our company, they were directly the result of the cabinet company, who we do not even know who they are Upon receiving this complaint, I contacted the restoration company and they informed me that the homeowners hired their own cabinet company, but being the honest and integrity companies that we both are, the restoration company had their cabinet company out and fix all of the problems with the cabinets, they purchased a new oven/stove for homeowners and we went back and installed the new unit once it was delivered Once the restoration company told the homeowners that they had hired the cabinet people, they then remembered that they did I think there was a lot of confusion, because they do not live at the property where this all happened and the companies/contractors were dealing with them and their grandson who does live at the property I do not feel this complaint should be posted because the problems they had were nothing we did, but we did help the homeowner get everything rectified.Thank you for you time, [redacted] ***Owner

Any questions we asked were answered in a very knowledgeable way. He completed his work as he had explained to our satisfaction. We would recommend him and his company to anyone.
