[redacted] and [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from us on the 3rd of August, I call [redacted] on the 22nd or 23rd of August, at which time she notified me that there was an issue with the carI told her that we would check out what was going on, she was supposed to call back so we could let her know where to take the carShe did not call backWe called and talked to both her and [redacted] and have not got any cooperation from them to have the vehicle looked at to see what is going onWe need some help from the customer in order to proceed.***

Hello, My apologies, the car is under my husband's name [redacted] All we want is the car to be repaired The check engine light is still on, even though it passed emissions, but failed due to the check engine light As we were promised by [redacted] that he will have that taken care of Currently the car has not been driven due to the noise its making and its been sitting for a weekThis car should of never been sold to anybody with the check engine light on, but we bought it since we were told that it would be taken care of Thanks, [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

***, *** attempted to purchase a *** *** *** from A&A Auto*** was well aware of the cosmetic condition of the truck, he saw pictures of the truck, the entire truck prior to making a decision about giving us a non refundable deposit to hold the truck until he could come and
pick it upThe DVD player was removed from the truck and held inside our building, he knew this, the tape on the window simply had to be removed, it was used after the window was replaced and is requires to be on the vehicle for hours, and simply was not removedIt was not being used to hold in the window, again *** was made aware of this*** had a vehicle to trade in, the vehicle would not run, it was taken to a shop to be inspected and was determined that there was work needed that *** did not inform us of* decided not to complete the purchase of the vehicleA&A Auto did not decide to pursue any damages against *** and is not requesting any at this timeAt no point during this process was *** given the impression or belief that we would "hold" the vehicle for him to come look at and then decide if it would be purchasedI am sorry we were not able to complete the sale Please let me know if there are any documents you would need from us, or any clarity on the matterThank you ***

take the car. She did not call back. We called and talked to both her and [redacted] and have not got any cooperation from them to have the vehicle looked at to see what is going on. We need some help from the customer in order to proceed.[redacted]

[redacted] purchased a [redacted] from us on March 9th, 2017. They purchased and registered the vehicle in [redacted] county. There are no emissions requirements where they registered the vehicle. Within a couple of weeks of purchasing the vehicle I received a call or text from [redacted],...

the person I believe is the main driver of the car, however I cannot be sure. The check engine light came on. The customer believed it was a catalytic converter code and asked for help. We agreed that they would pay $250.00 and we would take care of the rest. The work has been done. The other issues I know of, however was not directly involved, but this is my understanding. There was an issue with the [redacted] driving on the highway, the car stopped or they stopped the car, the customer called the warranty company, [redacted], the vehicle was brought to [redacted]. According to [redacted] at [redacted] they put in an aftermarket transmission cooler that fixed the issue. At some point in the future, she had another issue adn called the warranty company. The car was brought to [redacted] and ** transmission. My understanding is that the repair was not covered, I asked [redacted] at [redacted] and ** to do the work at my price, the work was done and she picked up the car. Please let me know what other questions you have[redacted]
