This company charges for taxes no matter the type of car you purchase they do not stand by their vehicles and don't try to work out any issues that are safety relatedThey charge for taxes and tags but you have to pay that separate and is on a different sheet of paper than your loan so that they don't have to report the extra money made on taxes and tagsThe county clerk really needs to audit and speak with car buyers on what they have paid for their taxes and tags since that money is not included on the customer loan papers and put on a separate piece of paper that can be removed from file if audited

In response to the customer’s complaint, our work was
completed.  We have supporting documents to show all work on the car
bought by [redacted] was complete.  When the customer brought

the repairs they said it started to misfire, when then ran a
test and the car need 1 coil pack, we told the customer we would replace the
coil pack at no charge.  when the customer came to pick up the car the
coil pack had not been installed yet, the customer got mad and tried to pick
fights with our staff, we then called for the police to come resolve the
issue.  I then tried to replace the coil pack and the customer said he
didn't want us to touch his car, I gave the coil pack to [redacted] before he
left the car lot.  So long story short he got mad at something we
were doing free for him because he thought it wasn't fixed fast enough.
