Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Certainly it was on Feb./11/ our talk at AA Best Bail Bonds lasted no more than two minutesWhen I asked for a bail bond for Mrs [redacted] MI made clear that she is not a legal residentThat is why I paid the full amount for itNext I WAS ASKED TO FILL UP SOME DOCUMENTS WITH MY INFORMATION, HERs,AND SOME REFERENCE AND SIGN THEMI did it but no copy of them was given to me, only a receipt for $dlls I was told that they would take care of the paper work and deliver it to the detention place before p.m At that moment there was no talk or explanation about the refund conditions which if there were I wouldn't have understood, the same way that I don't understand now It is now, after our recent correspondence, that I realize that in one of the documents I filled up with my information, hers, and the reference was the refund clauseThe explanation that deserved the full coverage of the bail bond was absent in the case of the refund I understand the risk that justifies the full payment of the bond but there is already no risk that backs up such a harsh punishment to the refundI include the receipt for $dllsand the slip that I should sign accepting to loose more than half of the full paid bond Regards, [redacted]

I was at A A Best Bails Bonds, the one located across from Bexar County Jail, trying to get help to resolve a serious matter as a paying customerWhile patiently waiting, a gentleman named Lorenzo ate tacos over his keyboard, while assisting a few other guests with paperwork without washing his handsDuring this time a man walked in with a sack full of expensive jerseys, saying how
much they originally costLorenzo bought one of these jerseys for $25, & the man selling them thanked him for always buying and stated he'd be back, and that another employee there still owed him moneySonya was unprofessional and rudeShe was supposed to be helping me and she barely came out to say anything, gave me a bunch of unnecessary paperworkWe took our business elsewhere

First of all I would like to thank Mr. [redacted] for choosing our company to post bonds when a love one is in custody....As for the dispute....Mr [redacted] came to our office on 2/11/17 to post a bond on [redacted]...Mr [redacted] informed our office that Ms. [redacted] was not a us citizen and in...

turn our agent informed and explained to Mr. [redacted] that any bonds that we were to post on any non us citizen would have to be paid in full...explaining that a hold could be placed on Ms [redacted] at the county jail and might not be released....the agent also explained to Mr. [redacted] that if Ms [redacted] was released and she went to court to settle her case/offense then upon Mr [redacted] bringing us the disposition that he would be reimbursed 50% of the bond money....Mr [redacted] understood and signed the paperwork required.  I have attached a copy.  When Mr. [redacted] came in to request the reimbursement he was again explained and informed that he would be receiving 50% and that it would take up to 30 days to receive it...Mr [redacted] did not complete the refund request for the reimbursement.  Please ask him to call us or come by so that we can show him the paperwork that he signed.

I made clear that she is not a legal resident. That is why I paid the full amount for it. Next I WAS ASKED TO FILL UP SOME DOCUMENTS WITH MY INFORMATION, HERs,AND SOME REFERENCE AND SIGN THEM. I did it but no copy of them was given to me, only a receipt for $3500 dlls.  I was told that they would take care of the paper work and deliver it to the detention place before 7 p.m.   At that moment there was no talk or explanation about the refund conditions which if there were  I wouldn't have understood, the same way that I don't understand now.  It is now, after our recent correspondence, that I realize that in one of the documents I filled up with my information, hers, and the reference was the refund clause. The explanation that deserved the full coverage of the bail bond was absent in the case of the refund.   I understand the risk that justifies the full payment of the bond but there is already no risk that backs up such a harsh punishment to the refund. I include the receipt for $3500 dlls. and the slip that I should sign accepting to loose more than half of the full paid bond.
