Contacted the company about 8:02p 1/6/16 regarding a no heat issue. Asked if they serviced River West in Milwaukee gave them my address and was told someone would be out within the hour and would call first. Got a call back from service person Jeff at 8:16p, stating the service charge was $95 and $45 diagnostics. Appeared he was trying to discourage service for my area. I advised him if I didn't have the money I would not have called. At 8:29p Jeff called back and advised me that Company policy does not allow him to service my area at night. Company fails to perform as they claim. I don't recommend this company.
After getting the run around from several heating companies, I called AA Best Choice on Friday Dec. 18, 2015 and without hesitation they scheduled a technician to come out on Saturday Dec. 19 at no extra charge to install my new furnace. The technicians was nice and they went over all the information regarding the furnace and the thermostat, they also answered all my questions I had. I tell you this company go above and beyond to please their customers. I highly recommend this company

He was a no call no show, for an appointment he made with me to check out a problem with my heating system. I'm not calling him again if he has no respect for the customer's time.
