On Thursday June 28th two house cleaners from came to clean my homeI had called the day prior and requested a cleaning, I was told that on the 28th after 12pm my cleaning would be scheduled, and that I would get a call about minutes prior to when then arrivedHowever when I came home from work a little after 1pm my nephew was on the porch and the cleaners were inside, thankfully he was even here to let them inI asked the cleaners what happened to the call in advanceTheir English wasn’t the greatest, but they said they just arrivedWhich my nephew also confirmed, that they had only been there about minutesAfter a quick conversation with one of the cleaners showing her exactly what I wanted cleaned I leftAt 2:48pm I received a call from my nephew indicating they were leavingTotaling a time of roughly under hours, if thatI received a cleaning from in the past (hours from cleaner which is considered hours) so therefore they had my credit card o

Elizabeth P and Maria F are the best cleaners I ever had They had a few minutes left and instead of leaving they cleaned my refrigerator and stayed a few minutes late They came prepared with all supplies including a step ladder and knee protectors, and didn't flinch at cleaning my cobwebby basement windows and filthy door tracks, and once they started they never stoppedMy house has never been so clean, they did what was on my list and asked for more, they worked so hard they sweat and I'll recommend them as much as I can They played great music, too These women are a credit to House Cleaning Thanks for sending them

On March two ladies showed up, but neither spoke EnglishI drew a map, but they paid no attentionThey didn’t add toilet paper, threw away protein powder, and “hid” things that I can’t find nowI told them 4-hours max, but got billed for sixAt $per hour, this hurts - clear example of “bait and switch”!

I can now say without hesitation that Cleaning is my favorite company we use for any service at our home! This is by no means a “first time service is the peak” company They outdo themselves time and time again This last visit wins the ultimate award in our book Contractors again working on our home stirred up so much construction dust while preparing a baby room Constant unreliable delays from contractors meant that we were in labor at the hospital before the contractors completed their work We arrived at the hospital at 5am on a Saturday, which meant we would be coming home to that construction dust-covered home with our tiny, newborn daughter and her little lungs I called from the hospital Saturday morning and asked if they had any openings when they opened up Monday The receptionist shuffled some appointments around and said they would come to the house first thing Monday No one else do we have enough trust to allow access to our home when we are not home, and no one else would I have trusted to have arrived when they said they would- and we knew no one else would have cleaned the entire house as thorough as they do, with ever nook, cranny, and shelf item cleaned They do not require follcalls, they do the job they say they will Not once have they earned a or a We are repeat customers, and I give them a perfect from repeated consistency, reliability and trust This last visit again, spotless, which means the world to us with bringing our newborn daughter home for the first time I joke around that they must use robots and replace my carpet each visit, but on occasion, we have caught these hard working, friendly women in action They do such an outstanding job, and I cannot recommend them enough If you’re looking for someone to clean your home, these ladies are the absolute best …if only they also had plumbers, electricians, and mechanics on staff too, we’d be in heaven! But we will settle for having the best cleaning company on the planet just a phone call away Thank you 5280!!!
