This voucher was sold at least years agoAlso it was sold when this car wash was a Exterior only car washAt one point this car wash an old exterior only car washMeaning they did not do anything inside the carSo a Works wash would have only cost maybe $Back in the old exterior only car wash was torn down and rebuilt as a new Full service washSo it is very hard to determine the value of the voucherWe are new owners and we have been accepting vouchers from the old owners from the moment we took over which was July of However the vouchers the old owners sold looks nothing like the one this complainant hasI have included pictures of those vouchersAnd it was the complainant that was rudeAfter we informed him that we could not accept his voucher, he became very rude and arrogant and demanded that we take his voucherThan he demanded that we take his car out of the wash tunnel, which I didIf he would have been a little nicer we probably would have come to some compromise Also he ordered an Ultimate Interior wash, which is $not a Works washSo to quiet this matter we will agree to take both of his vouchers for a Ultimate washWe always try to appease to the customers but when situations like this arise, it is very difficult to be right

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, once again Mr K** proved his complete lack of customer service and courtesy by continuing to make his point about the vouchers being for an external only wash (which they were not) and that they were 5 to 7 years old 'at least"(which they were not) and he also insisted that his offer was to exchange my two vouchers for just one ultimate wash, which was not my interpretation of his offer.  I also offered to buy a 5 wash voucher book from him but he was in such an angry state that he told me not to bother buying the book.  His loss.

This voucher was sold at least 5 years ago. Also it was sold when this car wash was a Exterior only car wash. At one point this car wash an old exterior only car wash. Meaning they did not do anything inside the car. So a Works wash would have only cost maybe $10.00. Back in 2012 the old exterior only car wash was torn down and rebuilt as a new Full service wash. So it is very hard to determine the value of the voucher. We are new owners and we have been accepting vouchers from the old owners from the moment we took over which was July of 2015. However the vouchers the old owners sold looks nothing like the one this complainant has. I have included pictures of those vouchers. And it was the complainant that was rude. After we informed him that we could not accept his voucher, he became very rude and arrogant and demanded that we take his voucher. Than he demanded that we take his car out of the wash tunnel, which I did. If he would have been a little nicer we probably would have come to some compromise.  Also he ordered an Ultimate Interior wash, which is $21.99 not a Works wash. So to quiet this matter we will agree to take both of his vouchers for a Ultimate wash. We always try to appease to the customers but when situations like this arise, it is very difficult to be right.
