There invoice was paid in full and we have the cashed checks to prove this.  As a mater of fact they didn’t finish their job of closing the city street for the plumbing work done until 1 year of calls from me to do so. If it weren’t for the city giving them violations for not finish the street...

I believe they would never had done so.  But as stated I have all checks paid to them and cashed for this job.
