July 2019 I gave *** AA Custom Landscape $1800. It Took *** 7 months for him to start my chain link fence. We were friends and I called him, text him and contacted him thru Facebook messenger for him to come and finish my fence. Well on Father's day of this year 2020 he came to fix the fence. He just cut the link and tied it to the pole, just rigged it so the fence will hold on the poles. I do have pictures. I have tried to contact him thru text and phone calls. He blocked me on Facebook so I was unable to contact him. My fence is still not fixed. He also broke my front steps and my rod iron gate. He stoled my dolly and my roommates weight bench. *** stated he would bring the bench to my house and never did. I have most of the messages saved of our conversation.
Please help me. I am 60yrs and he is taking advantage of me.

The lady ***..is lying about giving me $1,800..
Not once did she give me that amount..it took her a year to pay me $800 in payments for a small chainlink fence which I stoped working on because...she is an alcoholic person..who comes out and a screams at me for no reason while I am working..the day I wanted to finish the fence she came out and had a bat ..plus her roomate to hit my dog I had with me.
So I walked away.
Regarding the bench..she gave that bench to my father in law..and then when I had it loaded in the truck she decided to want it back ..to give to her roomate.she doesnt keep her word on anything.
Ive installed so many materials and plants at her home for free because I feel sorry for the poor lady..she sleeps in her own kitchen and rents her room just to make ends meet.
When things get hard she will ask me for $20 for her beer..or have me buy out of pocket when im there.
Ive never signed any contracts with her.eveything was been done as a friend.
Now that I gave up ..shes mad..
I will finish the chainlink fence and go on my way..I dont owe her anything and have so many witnesses that can prove that what I am saying is true.
Shes a bipolar person who takes advantage of people and uses her age as an excuse..go to her house and you will find her in her boxers..walking around and drinking beer.
Poor person needs help.
