The customer that filed a complaint is not a customer of mine. He bought a house that I installed a new roof on in July...

of 2013. There was a 2 year warranty for the original homeowners. The home was then sold in July of 2013. I gave the new homeowners the remaining time on warranty. In my contracts it says Warranty NON-Transferable. I sent them an email stating that I would transfer the warranty for them.
Then the house was sold again in July of 2015 to the customer that filed a complaint. There was no warranty at this time. Customer contacted me in Jan.2016 about fascia and gutter problems. I didn't do either one of those services on this house.
He has been miss lead by a realtor that used my email from 2013 stating warranty will transfer. It was used without my consent. I have all original paperwork for this project.
