Review: January 4, 2014 (Saturday) car [redacted] 1997 towed to location [redacted] Washington, DC. Purchases a starter and talked with owner to have it put in. Starter was put in and lock cylinder was broken. The owners told me I had to buy a new lock because it was worn out. The workers did not know that how to unlock by rocking the steering wheel. It's in the car manual. Since the dismantling of the lock cylinder and the a new starter was replaced ( starter on January 4, 2014). The head lights did not work and as I drove the car the oil came gushing out. Since I brought the car in on January 4, 2014 engine now does not hold any oil at all. Where there was only a small amount leaking it now completing comes out. After the motor mount was replaced.

I told the owner no oil was in the engine and he said it was leaking from the side where the motor mount was replaced. Where I had a small leak now the leak is massive and the engine now does not old any oil at all. No one there told me not to drive the car.Desired Settlement: Four things got worst since replacing the starter. (1) the lock cylinder got broke when taking out the starter; (2) the headlights wires were cut; (3) the leak came from the camshaft seal and crankshaft seals. When the mechanic replaced the starter, and after dismantling the lock cylinder, he then yanked the car over three or four feet to the right of the drive way with a car jack. He just slid the car jack under the car without checking to see if it would damage any thing under the car and yanked over. Which contributed to more damage. (4) When the motor mount was replaced more damaged was done now the car does not hold engine oil at all.

I want a refund for the cylinder lock it was not old and worn out. The driver's manual the ignition key will get stuck from time to time and to rock the steering wheel and turn the key. A screw driver was placed inside the ignition to get to get it to start.

The camshaft & crankshaft seals were damaged from a leak to just gushing out oil completely. I want the seals replaced because originally the engine was holding most of the engine oil.
