AA Express Reviews (1)

Review: [redacted] the presonnel director of AA Express hired me as a "shipping manager" through [redacted]. Their company office is in NYC, NY. I was supposed to earn a commission on the products I shipped for his company to their customers. Their corporate account or AA Express was to pay off my AMEX credit card and then I buy the specialized electronics (high end apple products and camera equipment) off of an online store so it can be shipped to my address in FL then I was to repackage the products and sent them out to the AA Express customers. [redacted] had explained that the main company office was in Switzerland and the taxes were so high there they opened the office in NYC and would hire "shipping managers" to use their credit cards to pay for the merchandise to avoid the high tax rates through a loop hole in NY state law. The company never asked for my CC numbers and they were only asking for "maxed out" credit cards (so there was no risk of getting ripped off). When I called AMEX to pay off the card initially, I explained to AMEX what I was doing and how I wanted to make sure the payment from their corporate account went through before I started using my card to buy merchandise with and the AMEX reps put the payments through/processed the payments from the AA Express corporate account to my AMEX card while I was on the phone with them and they said the payments went through. I then bought the products from the websites that AA Express provided and shipped the products out. I made several transfers from the AA Express corporate account to pay off my AMEX credit card and shipped those products to AA Express customers over a 2 week period. 2 weeks after the 1st shipment had been made, I received an email notification from AMEX stating that my phone payment privileges had been rescinded. So I call AMEX and they say that all of the transfers from the AA Express corporate account have been returned "unauthorized" and one was returned "NSF" so AMEX added all of that debt back from the purchases onto my personal AMEX account and forcibly closes my entire AMEX acct. I was able to return the last shipment of Iphones to Apple that I had not shipped out yet to AAExpress customers (thank GOD) so I was able to limit the damage to a little over $7,000 that was tacked onto my original debt of about $5,000 that leaves a balance of over $12,100 on my AMEX card, PLUS I did all of that work and I was never paid a penny for it. [redacted] claimed it was a banking error and had provided another bank account number to pay it all off which ended in the same result. AMEX approved the payment over the phone but a week later it is returned as unauthorized and now it has been a week since I have heard back from [redacted]/AA Express.Desired Settlement: AA Express needs to pay me for the products I already sent out to their customers on my dime (I am sure they have already been paid on those orders) AND they need to pay me for my work!
