to be fixed or replace certain stuffRegarding *** *** complain, the rooms had been checked by city health inspectors and its been approved to rent and nothing had been found as per complainYes one can understand the trouble with bath tub not draining well, so had moved for the first time & that does not allow hotel to give a full refund for the night that guest stayedGlass pipe to be found in fresh towel just put few hrs ago by housekeeper is totally not acceptable but still got moved to a different room where guest didn't had complainIn one day rooms for a guest can't be acceptable to be full refunded if those rooms are usedThe guest was refunded full amount for the 2nd night even after non refundable reservation, so she can find a hotel which has 100% satisfaction gauranteedI appologize for the inconvenience the guest had but had done the best we can to satisfy the guest
