A&A Improvement

They did multiple jobs for me. I have only 1 complaint- One of my problems was a leaky faucet in the bath tub.They fixed the leaky faucet but now the hot water shuts off by itself with a big klunk. I called them 2 days after they were here the first time and they did come back at an agreed upon time to fix it. They worked on it again. Again they left and again 2 days later I called them back and told them it was doing the same thing. I was told they must have gotten a bad part at [redacted] and needed to exchange it for a differrent part. I didn't hear back. I called multiple times and left messages. I did finally talk to [redacted] who gave me a phone number for the guy he said did the work and to call him which I did. When I called this man he told me " I don"t know why [redacted] gave you my number we have parted ways". I called the business back and again had to leave a message. I left a message stating that I spoke to the man he gave me the number for and that he told me he didn't know why [redacted] gave me his number because they had parted ways. The original job was done 1-5-11 and still no satisfaction. I think I've waited long enough. I should not have to pay someone else to do a job I've already paid for. When I was told the charge for the services would be $547.90, I paid immediately by check which he had no problems cashing.
