Initial Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2015/09/29) */
email response from business:
Hi [redacted]
Sorry for email you back later.
We also want to say sorry for causing such inconvenience for tenant, [redacted] however this whole situation has been a huge misunderstanding and...
we would like to explain this story.
It begins with owner ordering a refrigerator for the tenant, the owner was quite urgent with this order because the tenant's current refrigerator had broken down, he was asking for next day delivery service, but our schedule was completely full. We decided to do a favor and squeeze in a quick delivery for the customer, and do a settlement with owner that just drop off a new refrigerator at lobby without installation, and take old one away for free, the owner also promised would be there accept it, and do installation, I told him that our deliver guy is not good at English, But finally he was show up.
It seems there has been a lack of communication/misunderstanding between the three parties involved. We are sorry that this misunderstanding had caused both such inconvenience.
Any further information you need for this case, please feel free contact me.
Best Regards,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 17, 2015/09/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is an out and out lie. The landlord would not have paid an installation fee if it were to be delivered to the lobby. The tenant was forced to call the manufacturer to complete the installation process and the installation fee should be refunded.
An apology does not solve this situation. This is an absolute breach of contract and the Revdex.com should intervene further to solve this.
