customer stating the money that was paid is nonrefundableThere are two ways
people are released from custodyOne being they use the services of a bonding
company and pay a percentage of the bail amountThe other is they have someone
bring the full amount of the bail to the court/jail to secure their releaseIf
they use this option, if they return to all scheduled court appearances the
person who posted the cash will get a full refund from the court/jailIn this
case the customer obtained our services and signed a document stating the
payment(s) were nonrefundableI hope the attached document will clear up any
