AA Locksmith

I am rejecting this response because: it had NOTHING to do with the color that my daughter chose.  It had to purely do with the fact that the nails were not done properly.  One of my girls had divets all over her nails either caused by the polish not being adequate or the nail itself not being smooth.  My other daughter still had the old paint under her nails.  We went had re had there nails done by another salon due to the hideous job that was performed.  Who in there right mind would treat a customer like this and tell them to sit down and she would take out the fill she just put in which was minimal as both my kids had their names done two weeks prior.  So what take the little fill out and take their polish off?  Would you have repainted them like they were?  The lady was absolutely rude and embarrassing making sure the whole salon heard the conversation as well as her worker came to video tape the conversation. It was a horrible job and a refund needs to be done.  She lost 6 clients over 45 dollars and I will be making sure her poor business handling is known.

Ms. [redacted] L [redacted] came to my nails salon on 07/21/2017 to have her nails done. My employee performed a full set manicure with the color of Ms. [redacted]'s choice. She picked the pink color and the work was done to her satisfactory at the salon. She paid for the service in the amount of $ 45.00 and...

left without any complaints. However, after she went home, she called back to the salon and complained that she did not like the pink color, which she had picked herself, I offered her the following two choices: 1- I can do her nails over with a different color or 2- I will refund her money, but she has to allow me to remove the fill and the color from her nails to return them to the original condition as before any worked had been done on them. Ms. [redacted] L [redacted] refused to pick any of the options above. She wanted it both ways. She wanted to keep the worked that we had done on her nails and she also wanted her money back. I told her that she can not have it both ways and that is why I am not giving her a refund. Thank you very much for your help with this issue. [redacted]

Review: My senior citizen mother was locked out of her home (she had a key but the key would not work). She called me at worked and asked me to locate a locksmith. I googled "Locksmith[redacted], VA" and AA Locksmith was first business to appear. Their office was located not far from my mother's home. I agent took the information and stated someone would be there in 20-30 minutes. A technicin arrived 45 minutes later. He was very rude to her. The website said the charge would be "$35.00+". He originally quoted $150.00. When my Mom declined he said "i'll take $140". He asked her if she had cash - she stated no but could write him a check. He asked her several times iof she had money in the bank to cover the check. His services took less than 5 minutes as all he did was spray WD40 into the lock and it worked. The check was not written to the business but to the technician "[redacted]". My main complaints are .....1. False advertising - website states call response in 15 minutes; website also states house unlocked for $35.00 +. I did not expect it to be 35.00 but how do you get from 35.00 - $140.00? Poor customer service - inappropraite to ask customer "do you have money in the bank". I called the company and lodged complaint but they were unconcerned with my complaint.Desired Settlement: I estimate my mother was overcharged at least $75.00 for the services provided.
