[redacted] purchases a [redacted] 124k miles from AA Motors LLC, on July 26th Prior to Purchase they made visits to test drive the car I drove the car over miles myself with no issues I am a [redacted] advantage dealer and all the [redacted] are available on my website for anyone to see Prior to purchase I told them the car had been in an accident and all that information was available on the [redacted] on my website After they got there financing in order, they called me up to inform me that the bank would only lend them a certain amount because the car was involved in an accident This car booked on NADA for over and I dropped the price to the selling price of + Processing FEE I also before purchased informed them they could purchase a service contract but it would be at their expense They declined the service contract They purchased the vehicle knowing it was SOLD AS IS and they signed the buyer guide I also had them sign a Good will repair Acknowledgement form basically saying, if I offered to do anything to the vehicle after purchase, it would be out of GOODWILL They called me about a week later telling me they were having issues with the car starting I tried to offer some direction based on what they were telling me what the car was doing I also told them, that in order for me to be able to get the car looked at, it would have to be here in Richmond VA, they live in Fredricksburg, VA They didn't get back to me until they took it to their mechanic to install a fuel pump I talked to them and told them I was sorry for the trouble, and asked them to call me if they needed anything else I got a phone call from them, last week stating the car still is having issues and the car wasn't a good investment?? I can not have a mechanic work on the car when it is in Fredricksburg Sounds like they should have got the car back to Richmond, before letting their mechanic throw parts at the problem instead of fixing the car

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from the dealership is inaccurate and unacceptable. Andy never provided *** information even after I inquired. He told me I had to purchase that information myself. Plus he never gave me any history on the car that it had been in an accident. I found that information out through the *** *** *** ***. I inquired with him about the accident and he stated it was a minor fender bender. Well that information was not true, because I found out later that the car airbags had deployed due to being in a bad accident. In addition, I did reach out to him several times about the problems I was experiencing with the car and he stated he didn't know much to let him do some research to find out what was going on with the car. He did call me back that same day to give me some *** website to take a look at with someone having the same issue with their *** *** He suggested that I follow the instructions and troubleshoot the car based off the *** video. I told him that didn't work and he never gave me an option to bring the car back into him. I even asked if he had a mechanic that he could refer me to and he said "no" that his mechanic is backed up. He even stated that he tries to do a lot of the work on the cars himself. The car was not worth $and his asking price was $3,300. I did inform him the credit union stated his price was too high and that is why he lowered the price to $2800. Finally, there needs to be better customer service from this dealership even if a person buys a car "AS IS." The car should at least run for a couple of months before running into any issuesI ONLY had the car for ONE WEEK and was experiencing issues. I suggested to him I want to bring the car back in, but of course he wouldn't take it back or even suggest to get me into another car that was more reliable. I feel as though I got the short end of the stick. A lesson learned! There should be an apology from this company and Andy needs to be truthful. I WILL NOT refer anyone to this dealership.
