I sent an email on their website as requested and hope to get a response. I have not received any responses to prior calls and texts of the photos of the cabinet. I do not understand why there is a delay as there should be policies and procedures on how to handle these types of matters. Insurance claims do not take long to file, or they could simply arrange for someone to come and handle the repair. I will accept the response once someone demonstrates accountability and contacts me to let me know how this will be resolved and the expected timeline.
