A&A New & Used Tires

I purchased a set of vogue tires and rims from A&A Tire shop Columbus Ohio, 4416 Westerville rd. 43231 on 06/27/12. Approximately three months later one of the tires completely blew out. I went to the business and reported my issue, I informed the Owner that the tire must have been faulty because 100 miles had not even been placed on it and the tire completely blew out. I also informed the Owner that due to the tire blowing out my chrome rim started to peel. At that time the Owner informed me that I had a six month warranty on the rim; however, the warranty was only valid if I had my original receipt of purchase. I informed the Owner that I had my receipt at home and I will bring it to him; and I was then informed that the company was going out of business and they would be unable to replace the rim; however, Owner informed me that he found a matching rim on the West Coast and I needed to pay $100 to have it shipped to Columbus, Ohio. Owner stated that the cost to ship the rim to Columbus, Ohio from the West Coast was$249, and I needed to pay $100, because he should not be responsible for the cost by himself. I did not give the Owner $100. I was given a used tire and was informed that I would receive a new tire within one week. I waited one month before I received another tire in 12/12. When the worker began installing the alleged new tire (Owner was not at the business at that time). I informed the worker that the tire appeared used, the white wall was dingy and dirty and the born on date on the tire appeared to be stamped on vs. a manufactured engraved born on date as my other three tires. I returned home with the alleged new tire and I washed the tire. The tire remained dingy and dirty, nothing like the other three tires. I then took the tire to [redacted] in Columbus Ohio to ask their opinion on the tire. I was informed by [redacted] that the tire was old and they had never seen a born on date stamped on a tire, such as this tire. I am afraid that tire will blow out again.
