Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While the contractors were working on my roof I have every right to look at what kind of work they are doing The expense and work to me is very important they had did a good (great) job, why wouldn't I be the one asking questions and making sure the contractors did what was agreed uponAt this time I enclosed the finished repairs with picture of what kind of (job) work that the contractors have done I ask again A&A Oilfield Construction for full refund due to not completing the work as per the contract Once again the contract states: The contractor agrees to provide all of the material ad labor required to perform the following work; Demo existing roof one layer ad replace with new [redacted] shingle in Desert Tan also add roll roofing I brown color (which they cut into), we will replace the gutter I the front of the house (HAS NOT BEEN DONE) we will replace the turbines with static vents also add ridge vent we will also replace one window (HAS NOT BEEN DONE) and repair one light on the shed (HAS NOT BEEN DONE) we will also replace the shingles on the shed we will also replace lf of facia and add soffit, the cost of $ My insurance company is still waiting on A&A Oilfield Construction to send all documents of completion of the work Regards, [redacted]

The Contract never stated any siding and we were going to replace partial gutters that were damaged however my employees witnessed Mr *** order an employee to demo the rest of the gutters and down spout and threatened not to pay if they didn't he stated that he was going to use the
damaged gutter system on the back side of the house we then installed a window and he had us take it out and reinstall the old window back and claimed he would use the new window in another area he also had the employees demo part of the roof which was done and then place new decking to roof over that area Mr *** was a very difficult client to work with and at the time and at this point were still waiting for him to put up the part of the gutter system he had the employees remove which was not damaged or covered by the insurance also Mr *** signed a form that said the work was completed and he was satisfied also pictures were submitted to the bank
