I spent $35,on a coach that I bought from Gary at quality motor coach he's a smooth talker but also a liar he told me everything was fine on the couch drove hours to go see himI get there I noticed a few things wrong the refrigerator didn't work he told me at work yesterday I found paperwork in the RV from the old owner called him up on the ride home later that night told me the refrigerator hasn't worked in many years call Gary back he said he would put a refrigerator in told them take your time do it right spending a lot of money on it weeks go by drive over there refrigerators in told me how to take the passenger window out and the seat I purchased coach drive all the way home get that refrigerator is not working later that night it rained later that night floor was wet window is leaking later that night I also noticed this seat was in backwards you asked how is that possible this is supposed to walk facing forwards not backwards so the refrig he put in was bad the window he put in leave the seat he put in was wrong and as I left there that day he told me I had to put a fuse in refrigerator I asked him for weeks wasn't enough he Shrugged his shoulders $later to have a real technician do it call them never responded to any of my calls I called him numerous times left messages I spoke to his secretary very nice lady now I have to take him to court over this the rest of the coach was beautiful the work he did shoddy no Pride zero quality if you want to get screwed go see Gary quality motor coach and you will get burned

Review: 1900 W. Main St. We contracted with Allen Dale Glover, AA Permacoat aka DMAG,Inc. 6 years ago to apply a liquid vinyl coating instead of paint on the exterior of our home. Dale told us it has a Lifetime Warranty. We paid $5,760.00 on November 8, 2007. We were very pleased for the first couple of years. The coating started to blister & peel. In 2010, Dale returned once to correct those issues. Now, we have a large number of blistering & peeling spots. We have tried to call Dale & have left lots of messages. He has not returned our calls. We called City of Staunton Business Licenses today, & found out his license expired the end of 2007. His license with DPOR expired in 2009. Our attempts to contact Mr. Glover have failed & we feel we have been scammed.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the entire amount of money we paid ASAP.

The life-time warranty was for product. Labor was warranted for one year. The company offering the warranty, Extreme Performance Products is no longer in business. I have no further access to the original product, but have enough left over to complete the necessary repairs . I have inspected the house and have determined that the original paint on the house is failing, not the extreme performance coating. There are a few places where paint is peeling, but not excessively.The report of complete failure of the product is, at best, an exaggeration. The laws for lead paint removal have changed since I coated the house. I am not certified to remove lead paint and am not willing to take the risk of getting a $37,000+ fine. I have offered to re-coat the affected areas at no charge if the customer would remove the loose paint.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We want our money back. Contractor had no complaints about original paint 6 years ago. In fact, he convinced us that Liquid Vinyl was the very best way to go & insisted original paint would not be a problem. This is not acceptable to us. Rose Tyler Paint Company listed on our warranty is still in business.
