AA Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Aa pluming tech *** came out and have installed a New Dish washer then charged us $235 . Owner refuses to send a tech back out to complete.
On 6/20/20 Aa pluming sent a tech out *** to our house to install a New Dishwasher . He spent 2 hrs Didn't connect the water line or plug the unit in or mount the unit or level the feet . I hadn't noticed because we had just started moving in to the house . He charged and was payed $239.62 . The Owner has been called several times and keeps brushing us off . There's no more money to be made so he's just hoping we'll go away . Aa Pluming was payed by check witch showed as cleared in our account 24 hrs later . Invoice number XXXXX. It's now July 3 owner won't answer or return my repeated phone calls .

Asked for a refund after they didn't show up on numerous scheduled dates. They would not return my down payment. I should have been weary of this company when they asked for half of the money for the renovation up front!!!

Paid to clean our drain and they didnt clean it.

May 2nd 2019 we had sewage backing up through our toilet and bathtub and overflowing on the floor a problem we have every 2-3 years intermittently.Usually we get a service over and the problem is over, no muss no fuss. On the 2nd we called AA Plumbing and the owner *** quoted my mother a 250$ price to clean our main sewer line. The same day one of his plumbers showed up and asked to see ny mothers main washout. The main washout was under mud and not easily accessible due to a mistake an plumber years earlier had made. The Plumber sent ran a snake down our toilet then down behind our washing machine pipe. He came to tell us the problem was fixed and to collect his check that he told us to make out to the owner *** The next morning on may 3rd (today) my mother got out of bed for the first time in a week, she has cancer and MS, and managed to do a load of laundrey. A few hours later the toilet once more backed up with sewage the very first time we tried to use the water after having AA plumbing come out to clean the drain, and it is still clogged. My mother called to tell the owner and he immdietly began screaming and cursing saying that his plumber went down the main washout (which he did not) and cleaned the drain because we had signed the receipt. He continued to curse my sick mother whom cant even use her own toilet, then professed he was done with her, and hung up. He's not taking any of her calls now and told her to do what she has to do.

I have paid AA Plumbing and Drain Cleaning $2100, which $ 300 has been returned. *** refuses to reimburse me the $1800 he owes me.
I contacted AA Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to give an estimate to replace old pipes, replace cast iron drain line in basement, replace shower with larger shower and new faucets.Unclog a drain. I had to write them a $2100 check which has been cashed. *** H. came out and replaced faucet knobs. That is the only work that was done. All I have received back is a $300 from *** with a promise to return more money. The faucet knobs he replaced were replacd with the proper size ones by another contractor which finished the work.

In July I had a water break in my yard. After calling several plumbers, my son found AA Plumbing. They said they could come out to attend the break.

In the meantime, my son shut down the water line and dug the ditch in preparation for the work to be done.

A few hours later, 5:30-6:00, the plumber came. He was here a while before he decided he didn't have the part he needed to repqir the break. Why it took him so long to figure that out, I do not know. He left to go to *** for the parts he needed. He was gone a longer time, it seemed, then was necessary.

Finally around 9:00-9:30 he completed the work and gave me a bill for $863.03 which parts were only $23.46. I didn't understand how it could be that much and questioned him.

I ended up paying the bill because I thought he could ruin my credit rating if I didn't. I found out later by the water dept that he could not have done that.

When I pulled a plumbing bill from 5 yrs earlier, done by a different plumber for the same exact problem on the same area, it was only $75.

I called AA Plumbing management and questioned why it was so much. They told me they would "lookk" into it and talk to the workman. He also made the statement that it wouldn't be the first time they refunded a portion of the money. That sent up a red flag!

I waited for his answer. I called again. He hadn't talked to his plumber yet. I'm still waiting.

I foulnd out later, that my son who is a truck driver and on the road, cut the old broken pipe himself.

So what did this plumber do? Cuut a 6 or 7 inch pipe and made two connections. 4 hours?

I'm trying to understand but not getting any answers.

Brian the owner of AA plumbing and drain cleaning, made my entire experience with his company and crew outstanding. It started with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment; just talking with him made me feel very calm. As a woman, I was concerned I may get ripped off because I didn't understand plumbing issues; but he explained to me exactly what had to be done, step by step and performed the work exactly as he had told me they would. I must give a special shout out to Neil, the guy who dug up my yard for the new sewer line installation, he made a perfectly straight line from the sewer opening to the house where the pipe connection was, over 300 feet. I was so impressed with his excellent work! Everyone who worked on the job treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They also passed *** inspection with flying colors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work, the clean-up, and the cost was less than I anticipated.
