Do not trust this companyI call and Sales rep Matt told me total priceI request to times to come to my place and check everything what I like to moveHe refuse to do so and told me he knows what he is doing so everything is goodThe day of moving guy came to pickup items and told us it is going to be more than double the price than what original priceI told Matt size of boxes and what items needs to be moveHe gave price and did not come to my place and check any thing after multi requestAlso day of moving I talk to Owner of the company and she do not care what I saidShe told me if I want to move my items than price is going to be $not $what Matt provided meWhen I ask owner to call Matt she keep refusing to call Matt and told me he may not remember what he talk to me about or my nameEvery time I call Matt he know my phone number and nameNow he is not going to know my nameStrangeI cancel this move and move my items to my relative house

Do not use this company. They called 2 days prior to the move to let us know they had to change the move time. When we expressed our disappointment, the woman decided she would not move us at all and canceled the move completely leaving us with scrambling for a new moving company. This nasty woman at Jetstream said she would not move anyone unless she was going to get a good rating for the company. We told her we would accept the time change but she canceled the move and hung up on us anyway. Unprofessional, horrible customer service and after reading the review from another who said they were given one price but were charged nearly 3xs the agreed price, I'm thinking we got lucky they canceled our move.

Exceeded what I expected due to online reviews. They were on time and extremely careful with my belongings. Completed the job under the initial estimated time even though the foreman thought it would take more. I would recommend Jetstream.
