A&A Property Management

This is the email I sent to the property management company:
I am writing regarding the above propertyYou can imagine my surprise that I received a credit of only $for a property I only lived at for one yearThe fact that I signed a document stating I wanted to be present at the initial inspection and wasn’t given the option has me dissatisfied
I recall our conversation on moving in where I was told me that your mainte***ce guy is color blindI have attached some photos to illustrate the paint that didn’t matchTo be charged $for paint is not appropriateTell me how that amount was reached when I see the attached invoice gives a total of $which includes a roof repair

Upon vacating premises rented by A&A Management at *** ** *** *** ***Fresno Ca we were mailed a written statement of charges owedWe requested via email twice since vacating for a detailed statement of charges with copies of receipts from work doneBoth times we were acknowledged by A&AThe first time we were told that charges listed were only an estimate and we would receive the detailed statementWe never received the detailed statementWe vacated premises at Autumn Sage on 7/1/and by 9/A&A put a collection on our credit reports for $5,We contacted A&A once again last month and requested the detailed statement , we were directed back to the collection company and ignoredPer California code we have a right to a detailed statement along with reasonable charges for work done on vacated unitA&A has failed to fulfill their duty

Be careful about renting from this companyWhen asking them to fix things they will notThey will suit you in an overly expensive unit that seems like your living in a 3rd world companyYou will living in a rainy unit with mold and sewage in your walls that will cause sicknessThe other part is that they will never do a walk through or walk outIt’s filter with large black widows, roachesMisc bugs/insects and mothsPeople come in and out your house without your permission stealing and smoking insideSeems like something is in the top of the roofVery hazardous to your healthThe tenants responsible for this garbage that’s filled with roachesMy kids and self were so sicken we couldn’t eat at timesThe was have urine and poop inside just nastyBe cautious when renting a inhabiliable unitThey will not tell you at the begging that structure damage is the cause of floods leaks and broken wall pipes
