Review: AA Reliable Trash Company continues to bill me after repeated letters and phone calls to remove me from the companys billing system.

No resident name on the bill, only address. I purchased home in December 2013 and use another trash company. this company has never picked up trash or provided any equipment.

I have called and wrote letters explaining, they say they will look into it and continue to bill under address only.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the billings to stop and an apology would be nice.

Review: We called and set up Trash pick up service on April 26, 2013. They said they would pick up the trash at the curb on Tuesday and Wednesday. The first day they picked up on a Tuesday as scheduled and per their instructions we set it out the night before as they said they would pick it up around 4:00 am on Tuesday and Fridays. The trash has been picked up once as scheduled. Ihave had to call every Tuesday and Friday and we also recieved a bill stating that we were past due! On friday we called to find out why again our trash was not picked up and the Secretary told me the Manager went out on holiday and he would have the trash picked up on Tuesday. I was very upset that it was schedued to be picked up and he decideds to leave town and leave all matters to his secretary to handle. Well today is Tuesday and once again the trash is not picked up and the new recording says that Monday was a holiday and that Monday patrons will be picked up on Tuesday and Tuesdays patrons will be picked up on Wednesday. We paid out non-overdue bill and the service is not being performed. We get all excuses from the driver did not see the trash even when the front porch light is on, or the driver forgot and the last one was I wil have to investigate the matter and not sure why the trash is not being picked up. I would like for the matter to be resolved and a refund.Desired Settlement: I do not think a company like this should be in business

This note is written in response to the complaint from [redacted] which we received on May 31, 2013,

I.D. # [redacted] (Our account # [redacted]). In response to the letter we would be pleased to refund the total

amount which was originally billed on May 1, 2013 and was paid by this customer on May 23, 2013 in the amount

of $56.04 for the period from April 26, 2013 thru June 30, 2013. (A prorated amount).

We reluctantly must stop our service to this customer effective June 1, 2013. We currently do not understand

why this customer had so much difficulty for such a short period of time when most of the thousands of customers

that we currently service have been very pleased with our service for several decades.

We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused anyone through this unfortunate situation. We are

enclosing some complimentary notes and letters (via U.S. Postal Service to the Revdex.com) from some of our long time customers to verify that we very rarely have any complaints about our service. We very rarely have any complaints about our service. We very infrequently have a problem with a customer that never gets resolved.

Unfortunately, in very rare circumstances, no matter how many special trips and communications we make,

we can't seem to resolve some situations.
