AA-Roofing

This is in regards to a complaint made buy [redacted] against AA-Roofing.Mrs [redacted] Contracted AA-ROOFING to replaced her roof witch we didThe complaint was that we were to replace her siding.That was never part of our contractAA-Roofing works directly with the insurance company and repairs what they pay for.They did not pay for any siding.I have spoke with her many times and asked her to show me where the insurance company paid for the siding on her statement of lossshe asked me to reimburse her the money that was paid to replace her siding.I told her I would as soon as she sends me proof that the siding was paid forShe at that point said she would.I have not herd from her since.The next contact was from the Revdex.com sending a statement that is complete from Mrs [redacted] .Please let me know what we need to do to resolve these felonious complaint.Regards, [redacted] Owner AA-Roofing [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
