Came back from vacation and my year old A/C was outCalled AA (they are my regular HVAC company for many years) and they came out the next day - A part was needed and it came in the next day and they got it workingBothe Kraig and Scott were exceptionally efficient and very cooperativeI'm grateful it went so well
Mike K and his team at AA Service A Co were spectacular Our air conditioning and heating system had broken down at the beginning of summer The AA team gave a quote on a Tuesday, and Mike K and his team came in on that very Saturday to replace the old system with a new, Carrier Infinity system speed air conditioner and Infinity heater The team was efficient and effective, starting at about AM Saturday and working until PM - a full day's work They removed the old system and placed the new system Mike K even personally crawled into the attic to drop down the control wires for the upstairs system control panel at the light switch of the master bedroom He expalined how the system worked and made sure everything was in working order before leaving, even leaving his cell phone if there were any questions Our family could not have asked for a better experience The system is quiet and working well now during some of the warmest days of the summer Mike K and his team were truly experts at their job and we now have a very modern, efficient, zone (upstairs and downstairs) cooling and heating system of heater and air conditioner that is replacing old air conditioners and old heaters with better efficiency Very impressive! Mike K and his team were outstanding

I had a great experience with Ralph CHe was very polite and handled our clelaning and problem in a professional way When cleaning he turned on our outside faucetIt started to leak into our basementIt was a broken pipe inside the houseRalph insisted that he clean up the water on the floorI felt bad because it was my leak, but he insisted When Ralph was working , cleaning my air conditioner, he explained everthing he was doing to meBefore he left , he told me if I had any problems to make sure that I call him
Carlos from AA Service Co called ahead of the appointment to alert me to arrival time, arrived promptly, was uniformed and wore a name badge He completed a C&C of our cooling system and explained clearly his recommendation of a replacement part I felt I was treated respectfully and with consideration The repair was done quickly and there was no evidence that a serviceperson had even been both inside and outside the home! I would recommend AA Service and Carlos V in particular
