This person was incredible rude and demanding on FB. As soon as we put out an announcement that the event was cancelled, she started voicing her opinion and trying to rally people to get upset about it. We were all upset about it and I personally am battling it with the City of Redding... to get an explanation as to why they made the decision. At the time I was also trying to figure out a way to save the event, which I explained in an email and FB. . She would not stop even after I refunded it. She accused me of lying on FB. I sent her the Refund notice (I have attached here). We are still working diligently trying to make our way through this unbelievable situation to make sure we have reach everyone, and I really need her to leave us alone as we continue working for poeple that are being reasonable. Everyone is promised to get their money back and they will. It does not happen in 5 minutes. Also, I told her that it could take a few days to process to her credit card. It is also up to the bank on their time frame. I can send you more details/correspondence that I am in with the City of Redding to show my position and situation. I already emailed the Revdex.com directly on Friday, as a (partial) refund was finally posted to my credit cardAs you can see from one of the files that *** attached (though half of the files she attached appear to be blank), AA Sports opted to refund me $60, instead of my full $that I paidA refund that should have taken 24-hours took days
I was not rude, nor demanding, on FacebookI have included screen shots of the full posts so that you can see the full conversationAs I stated in my original case, I simply expressed that I was disappointed that the race was canceled, and asked when the refund would be issuedI certainly did not “rally” people to get upsetPlease also refer to my screenshots, where you can see others questioning refunds- I have not done anything to “rally” anyoneI’m curious what the expected reaction from their audience was when canceling an event weeks prior? If they didn’t expect anyone to be disappointed, that is very surprising
Quite frankly, I do not care about whether or not it was an easy decision for AA Sports to cancel the eventI blocked them from messaging me on FB, and removed myself from the page last week, as I do not wish to speak with them any furtherEvery interaction they’ve had with me has been condescending and concentrating on gaining sympathy for themDespite that, I received an unsolicited email today saying that they “hadn’t heard from me” to confirm I was aware of the cancelation of the eventSo, although *** has asked that I “leave us alone”, they seem to be the ones that continue to reach out to me
You may close this case, but please note that this business is not truthful (the City of Redding did not cancel their event- AA Sports didn’t receive enough $$ and they pulled out at the last minute) and treats their customers horribly

The business did refund my money to this event I have already updated this with you several times -- both in emails and on the phone with an associate named *** I am not sure why you still show the case as open I have also updated the records here in this portal Though I was pretty disappointed in needing to contact you in the first place, the issue I had with Carol over at RegtoRace seems to be resolved as best it can be

To Whom is may concern.  I discussed this at length with the complainant ([redacted]).  She has been very hostel and has refused to accept that this was not meant directly at her, and that there were circumstances that could have caused it.  She refuses to assist in helping figure...

out what happened.  We have been in business for almost 30 years. We take very good care of our clients.  We have a great reputation.  Our policy is to respond to any call, email very timely.  I have no idea what numbers she was calling, what emails she was sending to, and I have searched our computers and found no messages from her.  I refunded her money for the Entry Fee and she is competing in my event for free.  She said that she would contact the Revdex.com and take care of this issue.   As you can see below, you (the Revdex.com) has been cc'd on these corresponding emails, so why are you indicating that I never responded?  This is really starting to upset me.   PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF.  Thank you so much.  Carol A[redacted]. ---------- Forwarded message ----------From: RegToRace <[email protected]>Date: Wed, Dec 23, 2015 at 10:41 AMSubject: Fwd: Heart Breaker Half confirmationTo: [redacted]Hi [redacted].
