Client and I discussed packages on the phone and she asked if I would be having any future specialsI replied that I typically only have them for Valentines Day and ChristmasAt that point my previous VDAY Sale had expired and was all bookedShe proceeded to book a session($395) on February
3rd.
The week of Valentines Day I offered a special to fill our empty spots on Feb13/and offered anyone who booked THOSE dates to receive $off their packageThe terms of this also stated for NEW bookingsAt this point, the client did not fall into either of these stipulations, a session on those dates and a new booking.
Fast forward to last week, I decided very last minute to do a livingsocial as they had contacted me with a last minute openingI was previously told from them they did not have any openings until late summer so I jumped on the opening.
The client had emailed me to ask if she could purchase the livingsocial and then have the $used to purchase productionsI explained to her that, I could not do thatMy reasoning, I only make 50% off the livingsocial giving my business $Then, she wanted me to use the $she paid to buy products which would have then cut even more money out of my businessAt this point, the client feels I am being unreasonable by the fact I don't want to do a session for free.
I explained all this to herI even offered to cancel her current contract and the final balance, $but purchase the livingsocialHer total would have been $for a minute session, images, outfit changesWith that offer she is receiving MORE than what she would have received if she stuck with her $total(but instead she want to pay $and then have ME purchase her products, something that would put me in the negatice)
I am at a loss at how this is being unethical and unreasonable.
Again, no contract terms have been broken here

the time frame of turnaround we tell all of our clients, 6 weeks. We do not tell any client 2 weeks unless the client has a rush order that has been paid, which was not in this case. Another screen shot has been attached stating all orders are final, a portion from the contract. Husband and I spoke last night with what I assumed was a resolution? Another download link was sent to them & I let them know I'd send a flash drive as I never did receive the flash drive they said they sent.
