A&A towing Company

My relatively new car that I had just purchased was towed from my apartment complex, my car had not even been reported to the police yet because they had to give me a couple if numbers to call to find out if my car was even towedI called the company and he proceeded to tell me he needed to call me back to find out if it was even towed, he called me back and I found out it was towed, I told him I live in this complex and my car was just bought and haven't gotten a sticker I offered to show him my registration with the address on there and he would not even bother provide any type of liniency for the retrieval of my vehicle, instead he said I had to pay $in cash, which I ended finding out Virginia Law stipulates towing company can only charge a maximum of $so I was charged an additional $which my car was literally there less than hour, and I had technically did break any rules if my residence is the same place where my car was parked

On the night of 1/29/I heard a noise and looked at the window when I saw a man taking pictures of my vehicleI told my husband someone was messing with the car, I grabbed a rob and ran downstairsWhen I got there I saw a man on the sidewalk talking to a womanI said excuse me to approach them when he turned and walked between the vehicles and got into a truckThe women started yelling at me that I was parked in her spot for hours, I was still at a lost as to what she was yelling aboutI told her that I had no idea was she was talking about when she yelled about the lease and something about getting e-mailsShe continued to yell and went to the truck to talk to the guyAt this time he was parked blocking my vehicle making a "T" with his truck and my SUVI knocked on his window to see what was going on at which time he started to pull forward, then reversed and back his tow truck up to the back of the SUV by now I am standing at the back of the SUV where he almost hit meHe

Review: On November 17 2013 A&A towing illegally towed my car from my girlfriend visitor parking when I found out they towed my car I called spoke to a manager and I asked why they towed they said I do not live there I told yes but I am a guess and I was parked in a visitor parking space the person told me that I stay there every night that is not true we when back and for then he told me that the reason they towed my car because I was double parking I said no sir I do not double parking he said he have a picture well I went to get my car I had to paid$160 I called the police and I explain to the officer and yes they showed a pic that I was on the white line that is after the fact that they towed and took a pic no car next to or any thing I requested I want that pic they do not want to provided that until I treat them to go to their office with the police and get it then they texted me a pic and in that pic now there is a car next to.the following Saturday on November 24 they put a warning sticker because a violation of visitor parking the manager of the complex sprays called them and told them that I was a guess they still claiming that I satay every night there that company towed illegally my car and still try to do it again even after management talked to them they are just a bunch of THIEVES.Desired Settlement: I know as well as them they towed my car illegal without a merit they towed and put the car double parking like they are arguing double parking showed a phony pic by the way I make a report to the police I want they refund my money and to the Revdex.com to investigate this company for similar complaints.
