There was no service provided He just came out and said that his job was to educate I paid $for nothing He did not remove any animals that we requested He did not treat for them either (would have charged an extra fee) He literally did not fulfill the promised services and I lost $ He never should have agreed to come out if he wasn't prepared to do what was requested He remarked he didn't have time Again, be careful using this company They may not do what they say up front
