I thought 4.5 stars but since it’s not an option I’m okay with 5. Having lived in Seattle for 8 years, window cleaning is a necessary annual maintenance. We’ve tried several businesses over the years but this year, Thomas had us locked in with AA Window and Gutter Cleaning. He did such a thorough job with our windows and gutters, including an on-the-spot moss touch-up/maintenance on our roof and even our skylights. He also cleaned up so well that not even my OCD can find anything. So yes, this is going to be the start of a yearly plan for us.
Keeping up with home maintenance is a challenge in our climate, and I’m so glad you found us. Thomas does a great job, and we look forward to serving you in the years to come. Thanks for the great review

The technicians did what I would consider above and beyond, doing such a fine job of cleaning my roof leaving its appearance better than it has been in years! Also exemplary is how well they cleaned up the yard afterwards. Could not have asked for more.

AA windows and gutters did a great job. Jon who was the person on site was very through and explained what he was doing and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Took pictures of any problems areas up on our roof too. We would definitely use this company again.

Have been a client for over 12+ years. They have always provided excellent service for a good price, so the value is there. The technicians do a great job of communicating any concerns such as roof or gutter damage and do a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris they remove. My driveway and patio always look cleaner when they leave than they did before the cleaned the roof! I always recommend this company to my neighbors.

Tony did a great job. It would be even better if the company had products to remove hard water stains. Would recommend this company for general maintenance to any home owner and business in the future.

After being stood up by no fewer than 4 similar services, AA answered emails, returned calls and showed up. Estimate was spot on. No mess left behind. What a relief.

Jon is super friendly and always does a great job on our roof and gutter service. We are very satisfied with our twice a year service from y'all and would recommend the company to anyone, which is how we heard about y'all in the first place.

Excellent service once they arrived. Could not ask for windows cleaner than this. Their technician was very careful with the ladders around the plants, and thoroughly cleaned even our highest windows, which are 35' high. This would have been a 5 star rating, expect that they missed their original appointment time and day. They were suppose to come Monday at 8, with a call from the tech before they arrive. No call came, so I finally had to call them. They said they had the appoint set for afternoon (which it never was so). Dispatch said tech will call 10-20 before coming. Tech never called, but Dispatch did around 3, saying the prior job took too long and they would now have to come Fri morning.
Everything went smooth on Fri morning, with a call from the tech before arriving...just as it should have on Mon. With COVID now, I work from home all the time anyway, so no hardship rescheduling; but they do need to work their scheduling and dispatch proceses.

I'm glad you are enjoying your clean windows. It's one of those things that you don't notice how awesome it is to have clean windows until you do it, and then you're amazed at how great they look.

They did a wonderful job cleaning our roof and pressure washing our driveway and walkways. They were very nice and professional. We will be using them again in the future.
