We have received your letter concerning the Complaint ID: [redacted] As to our knowledge customer [redacted] , came to the store with issues on his son's [redacted] phone.Please be aware of the following:Customer was aware that the phone was not a MetroPCS property and that it was unlocked On the package of the device it represented that it belonged to another carrierUpon powering the phone it advertise the proper company it belongs toCustomer was advised that unlock phones do not have warranty, customer was advised to purchase another phone under MetroPCS property, customer denied and pursue to purchase the unlock [redacted] ***3.If the issue would have been technical, it would of been exchanged or refundedDue to the fact the phone had physical damage (screen on the phone was lifted) it was annulledWarranty on any phone or with any company are denied if there is physical or water damage, such issues are only covered under insurance matter.If further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us @ [redacted] Yours truly, A&A Wireless

I am rejecting this response because:Item of the response is a blatant lie I was not notified at the time of purchase that the phone was an unlocked phone nor does it say anything to that affect on the box.in speaking with *** I have since discovered that the phone was not new when I purchased it which also was not disclosed to me at time of purchase.Another lie is that I was not advised to purchase a Metro Pcs product that simply never happened.Until this purchase I had done business with this store for over years purchasing new equipment for my family every year or so. I will not return - very dishonest
