I am rejecting this response because:1) no voice mails were ever received and my **phone is cleared of messages each day.2) he informed me he could not install the doors when they were available due to medical reasons, that he could not lift over 10 pounds.3) he informed [redacted] that he did not have the funds to pay for the doors4) he informed [redacted] that he would NOT be picking up the doors and that they could sell them.5) I had to pay for the doors a second time.6) requested a re-payment plan from him with no response back from this business.  Still no response from him, except for his excuses.  Did not even try to pay for the doors, so that I could pick them up.7) Did not provide any service, but took all the funds from me.Regards,

So [redacted] ordered doors from my company they were made [redacted] put a certain percentage of the 9900 to order the doors not knowing they didn't charge the extra 3809.00 the doors were yo be delivered when they were done being  custom made out of cedar they came in on the 29th of June. I called [redacted]...

several times not getting any response from [redacted] and his messages were full. So I figured he was on vacation, figured he would call me when he was ready. He did know they were in on the 29th.. so [redacted] contacts me in August I tell him I have not heard from him or any return phone calls. So I told him that following Monday we would schedule an install. I have a heart attack on that Saturday and heart surgery on that Monday keeping me from the install, this all [redacted] knows, [redacted] comyacrs me a week later demanding that he picks the doors up that the painter was going to paint that day. So [redacted] picked up the doors, paying a balance of 3809. Yes this is true I didn't know there was a balance. But he had to have them that day, I never told him I was paying for the doors [redacted] assumed I wasn't doing the install. This is not true, after he threatens me over text saying I better not mess with him..and I was going to have tons of complaints. As I told [redacted] I would be doing the install, [redacted] went a different route, and he does have the doors, sorry I had a heart attack, but I never told him I wasn't paying for the doors and not installing them, he has blown this completely  out of proportion.  If [redacted] would answer the phone on The dates we had originally sey up. None of this woyld have happened..
