AAA AC Quality Services, Don't use this company, they are a rip-off ð??¢. I bought a brand new 4 Ton system that was installed and was not cooling well. I called the company and they keep saying we're busy but someone will be out. After 4 months & many calls to the company no one came out. I end up using another company to fix their mess which end costing $700.00 more plus their original system cost. I would never do business with this company again.

This man is a *** Install the wrong size AC in my house. I tried to get a hold of them NOTHING! Did a google review and got response. He sent someone out to adjust a fan in my handler and told me to SUE him if I had to. Poor poor service! Single mom and he robbed me. Charged me for a permit and never pulled it. Go to a real AC company! Address he has on here is different then google. Just sneaky.

Good, fast install but the heat isn't working. Called them out and they said they were coming out today so I took off from work and never heard from them. I have a 1 year old in the house that I have to watch over night to stay covered now that is cold ... quick to make the big $$$ but obviously they lack on service so do yourself a favor and pay an extra hundred or two to anyone else that will provide the right kind of service for a brand new unit. These *** wouldn't last in business 6 months up north where I come from.

In June of this year this company was paid to install a wall AC unit. On October 10th, I contacted them the the AC unit was leaking water into the baseboard and possibly the drywall as was well. On October 13th, a AC technician cake by and inform me that he's not sure why it's leaking but will have to remove the unit in order to find out why the AC unit is draining water into the baseboard interested of to outside of the property. We agreed to meet on October the 16th but the AC technician never showed up. I have called both the AC technician number and their main number but once I inform them that they still have came to look a the leaking AC unit they hang up. I have sent text messages and left numerous voicemails as well. I haven't received not one response yet.

Desired Outcome

Repair I would like to have a functional AC unit that drains properly and for the have all damages made by the the AC installation company paid for.

Our Company works for different Property Manager doing AC replacements and Repairs. One this company send us the information from this customer that He was having problems with one of the windows units on his rental property located it in Fort Lauderdale. We usually don't install this type of ac because they don't have a good quality and they don't last long but because we have a good relationship with this property manager company We accept to do the job. We bought the unit in Home Depot and We installed on wall. We sealed all the wholes in the wall and everything was ok until the unit start leaking water at the bottom. he call us and we went to check the unit and we find out the unit was defected. I explained the customer what was the problem and told him that the has 1 year warranty on home depot to replace the unit. I also explain to him that we will able to do the all process but he has to pay for some expenses to what He said no and add that our company has to cover all the expenses. You need to understand that if that unit were a regular ac unit ( air handler and condenser) we offer a 1 year warranty on the labor installation and we would cover any problem but in the windows unit we don't offer any labor warranty because like I explained before the quality is bad and they can break at any time and if not just us most of the HVAC company do the same. Plus this customer is very cheap even the property manager has to stop doing business with him because he doesn't want to paid nothing every time that something break in that property.

To start off with, they never returned to even give me a price on how much it would cost for the repairs. Since I was not able to ever get a hold of the company I went to Home Depot to ask them what should I do. I showed them photos and they informed me that the reason it was leaking was because they (AAA A/C Quality Services Corp) installed the wrong AC unit. The unit that was installed was only meant to be placed in the window and not into the wall. The reason for the water damage to the wall and baseboard was because it was draining into the wall and not outside. The employee at Home Depot also informed me that they only sale window AC units and not wall AC units. Since I was never able to get in touch with AAA A/C Quality Services Corp, I had to pay another company who installed the right AC unit that is needed for a wall. Even the individual who place the new AC unit ask me why would they install a window unit into the wall. In all I ended up paying $594 in total for the correct AC unit and for the labor. I had no problem pay for repairs but without them (AAA a/c quality service) even returning my calls how can they as that I did not want to pay when they never even gave me a price. I believe that this company knew that they installed the wrong AC unit but did not expect that it would cause any damages. When they realize that they messed up. They choose to not admit to their wrong doing and thought that I would just forget all about it and just pay someone else to do it. I have tried my hardest to work with them but they have not even tried not at all to resolve this matter. Being an AC company, they should have known better but they instead cut corners and left a trail of destruction along their path. All they had to do was buy the right AC unit and install it but that did not happen and I'm left to suffer for something they knew was not approved to be installed into a wall. Attached to this is the invoice for both the AC unit and installation, as well as photos of of the old unit. On the photo of the unit that they installed, you can see a hole in the bottom of the AC that is supposed to drain outside. Instead, it was draining into the wall and baseboard.

Both me and the company have come to agreement in small claims court. The matter has been resolved and I would like the negative mark moved from their record. Thank you.
