I am rejecting this response because: There isn't any resolution to my complaint Firstly, customer satisfaction is NOT your priority Mr R*** or you would not have referred me back to the same person who refused to take accountability for the damages your dealership caused Secondly, not anywhere in your response have you addressed the different advisers (evidence) that your service center caused the damage to my wheel hub and lug nut Thirdly, your comment of "we have documentation the wheel torque was done at factory specs." So what?!! That means nothingYour robots document whatever they're supposed to document on paper Why would they say otherwise? Were you there watching your tech set the torque? Better yet, is it on video? Were you there when your tech used excessive force? No, but I wish you wereIt's as asinine as believing that everyone uses dental floss just because out of dentists recommend it and it has been documentedLastly with regards to the car rental and sadly I'd expect you to know thisDo you know you have a complimentary rental car deal going on; free rental car for services of $or more?! Could you please take this more seriously?Until you can provide a fair and just resolution, I will not acceptPlease actually provide a resolution and don't placate me w/information I already knowYou cannot deny that your service station was the last place to service my car (I have records) and the damage was found subsequentlyThere are no other answers and you are responsible.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11802723, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Ventura VW sent me a check for 1700.00 and the warranty was 2500.00 and this is the amount I was told by Kearny Mesa VW I would be returned.Thank you for your assistance in recovering my money.
