A.A.A. All American Plumbing

AAA All American Plumbing replaced the water heater at our office; after a few weeks we had no hot water. I called and he came out to look at it. He said he thought the water heater was defective, that he could not test the heater element, and that we would need to hire an electrician to test the element, and if it was bad we would need to deal with the manufacturer. I said I was not happy as he installed the water heater, he supplied the water heater, and we paid him for it. His response.... I didn't manufacture the water heater so its not my problem... I don't need this.... goodbye, and he left. I and the others in the office could not believe what had just happened.

The following day I had another plumber look at the water heater. He said it was installed without a proper drain, and the power going into the water heater is 240volts while the new water heater is rated for only 120volts. Apparently this caused the heater element AND the control panel to burn out.

So now we will need to either completely replace the water heater, or have the electrical circuit replaced and replace the heater element and controll
