I would like to share my experience very negative experience with AAA All Brands (Clermont) They were sent out by the home warranty company American Home Shield on 7/7/for a leaking a/c unit The tech showed up and said he cleaned the unit and added FreonA couple of days later the unit was leaking again We called AHS and asked them to send someone out again 7/11/- A different tech showed up and gave my wife the scare tactic of we needed a whole new a/c unit and new windows in our house She called me while I was at a doctors appointment so I couldn't really talk After the appointment I called home and asked her to put the guy on the phone, he refused (said he was too busy) At that point I called his office and spoke to a young lady that answered the phone She assured me she would relay it to the manager and have him get in contact with me He never did Before he left he said a part needed to be ordered and that he would turn the paperwork in when he got back to the office A few days go by and I call to ask for an update from AHS, they say they haven't received any paperwork By 83/I still have no a/c and no answers I called AAA and spoke with young lady who answers the phones and she tells me that manager said I need to call AHS if I want a status During all of this AHS tried to get a status update from them and they refused to give them anything How do you contract with a home warranty company and then refuse to work with them? I will never do business with this company again
I would like to share my experience regarding my AC repair conducted by AAA All Brands companyI was referred to AAA All brands by my home warranty company American Home ShieldI live in Orlando and used a repairmen *** who handles the west orange county for AAAI assume he would work all the Orlando area I called AHS on Friday night and they had *** / AAA out to my house on SaturdayThey called me on Saturday and told me *** would be there between 5-7pm which he was and they called me to let me know he was in routeI understand that through the course of appointments a technician can get behind schedule but I was happy *** got to my house and fixed the problem (fan motor)Our house temperature was over 93F when he arrived*** was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me I will use AAA all brands in the future with *** and have already recommended *** / AAA all brands to other neighborsMy cost was the service fee of $as AHS ha mentioned in my initial call

I had a service on8-21-2015 of this company as a client with AMERICAN HOME SERVICE. I call on friday morning and the person came same day in the afternoon. Thas a great effort to do their best. I appreciate what they did. The persone came and fix my AC. Thanks AAA all brands Appliance, for you service.
