From: Ryan K [redacted] [mailto:rk [redacted] @aaa-allianceselfstorage.com] Sent: Wednesday, September 07, 12:PM To: drteam Subject: Complaint # Revdex.com Dispute Resolution Department, In response to complaint #filed by [redacted] , we would like to provide you with the facts of the situation: Ms [redacted] filed an insurance claim with our third party insurance provider claiming there was water damage to her stored goodsThis claim was denied by the insurance company as there was no evidence to support the claimKeep in mind, this is a contract between Ms [redacted] and the insurance company and not with AAA Alliance Self Storage Subsequently to the above claim, Ms [redacted] approached our managers about cutting off her lock as she didn't have the key for itOur manager directed her to her lease in which it states we don't remove locks and she must contact a locksmith for such servicesWe don't allow tenants to cut locks for obvious security and safety reasonsMs [redacted] became very belligerent towards our employees to the point in which it became disruptive to our businessMs [redacted] then proceeded to cut her lock off her unit herself with a pair of bolt cutters and claim her unit had been broken into (witnessed by our staff)She then proceeded to call the Sheriff to file a report for the supposed break in, in order to file another claim with the third party insurance company for theftWhen the Sheriff arrived they noted there was no such break in and Ms [redacted] had cut the lock off herself (sitting on the front seat of her truck) with a pair of bolt cutters (also sitting in the front seat of the truck)Ms [redacted] was ordered by the sheriff to leave the property Ms [redacted] continued to be disruptive to our business, so we ultimately had to serve her with a notice of non-renewal of her lease effective 08/31/Ms [redacted] has vacated her unit, leaving it full of trash and debris for our staff to clean up For copies of the lease, the sheriff's report mentioned above, or her non-renewal notice, please contact Ms [redacted] as she has been provided copies of all of them For further questions or clarifications, please contact me with any questions Regards, Ryan K [redacted] Property Manager, AAA Alliance Self Storage [redacted]

Than you for contacting us with MrW*** concerns.As you can see by the attached rate history, Mr W*** rate was originally $32.00/moIn June of his rate changed to $37.00/mo to keep up with rising operating expensesMr W*** received a day notice of this increase in accordance
with Arizona state law.Additionally, we have attached a ledger showing every charge and payment made on Mr W*** accountAs you can see, Mr *** has been a tenant since 08/20/In the months that Mr Wynberg has been a tenant he has been late on his payment of those months, including the current periodPer our contract signed by Mr W***, we have a day grace period before any late fees are assessedAll fees assessed are in accordance with Arizona state law.We value Mr Wy*** as a customer, and would like to continue to do business with himUnfortunately, if Mr W*** continues to be late on his payments he will continue to be assessed fees per the rental agreement we entered into on 08/20/15.
