AAA Animal Hospital

Review: We took our cat in for routine blood work. AAA techs injured our cat badly. They took him in the back, drew some blood, then gave us back a cat that was bleeding all over the place. The blood was to be sent out to a lab for analysis. We were sitting in the waiting room. I am an RN. I asked for help at the counter. They said they were too busy. I got a paper towel from the car to staunch the bleeding. After the bleeding stopped. I told the front office to cancel the blood work and showed them the towel and how it was soaked with blood. This was unbelievable treatment of an animal. The office manager came out and fired us as clients. Told us to not come back.

AAA never sent out the blood to the lab. However, they billed us the full amount. When we cancelled payment at the credit card company, they wrote back and stated to [redacted] that they had sent out the blood. They flatly lied about the blood work. It was never sent out.

We wish a refund of the $185.00 they charged to injure our cat. We even had to hold pressure on the wound because it kept opening up and the cat would bleed again. Apparently, they nicked both sides of an artery with the needle.

AAA is a bunch of unscrupulous operators that have now lied to [redacted] in writing. This is not a reputable business.Desired Settlement: Just refund our money. They never delivered any kind of service. We never received anything but an injured cat and a waste of time. We had to go to another vet to get the blood work done.

As proof, AAA always sends an email with the lab results. Have them pull up the one dated on or around 6/10/2015 that shows an attachment with the blood analysis from the lab. I'll bet a steak dinner they don't have one because they never sent the blood out. This is a total ripoff and a fraud.
