Outstanding workmanship, pricing and customer serviceWouldn't go anywhere else

10/4/Revdex.com Jefferson StNE Ste A Albuquerque, NM 87109 Re: Complaint ID# *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Thank-you for your letter dated 9/26/regarding the dishwasher repair for Mr***Thank-you also for your efforts to
resolve the complaint from Mr***Mr*** was not aware that his dishwasher had been improperly installed by the contractor that built his homeThe original installer had driven a screw through the side of his dishwasher tub into the adjacent cabinetThe proper method of installation when you can not connect to the granite countertop with screws is with a mounting kit ordered from the manufacturerThe contractors installer possibly does not want to take the time and effort to get a mounting kitMr *** stated he did not see the crack in the wood upon his removal of the dishwasher, yet when our technician removed the dishwasher the crack was already thereUnfortunately, the original installer did not drill a pilot hole possibly causing the wood to crackOur technician completed the dishwasher repair and mounted the dishwasher properly as the manufacturer recommendsWe did not repair the pre-existing cabinet damage and the new mounting kit does allow it to be visibleWe are sympathetic with Mr ***' complaint and do understand his situationHis dishwasher was never installed properlyWe would suggest contacting the contractor of the home and ask for the repair of the cabinet to be completed and install to be correctedEncl: Sample pictures

I am rejecting this response because:To blame cancer treatment is not only offensive, but flat out unacceptable. It is true my husband did pick up the washerNo, discount was appliedYes the dryer was smelly and horrendous, and when needed we used it intermittently as we are not always reside in Portales since purchase but must travel regularly for work, and medicalMost times things were lined dried in houseThe washer preforms just fine, however is also full of cow dirt and is a major health hazardWe had no idea until the unit was openedWe had no idea what was making us sick until it was opened which was just this past month. Most people would have no need to open a unit ever, but because their was no "service" of this unit, it went unfound for a very long time.Upon inspection for purchase we were told it was reconditionedThe sale rep stated owner had checked it out, put new belt inWe were not able to test the unit, and trusted what we were told While not a certified tech, my husband is indeed a mechanic and fully qualified to fix the unit when time permittedAgain, not the top priority as travel for work, and medical was more pressing than this issue at the time. When contacted after purchase about the squeak it was impossible to tote the unit all the way back to clovis, as our movers put it in.As to date, that was approx the time frame in regard to contact and interactionAgain, cancer kind of took a precedence to a faulty $lemon, and wasn't the top priority of the time.Had the unit been tested by this certified tech ahead of sale this wouldn't be an issue AAA claims that in order for guarantee, you must bring it back in houseSo they really are looking to make a fast buck without doing any pre-check, or tests of a unit prior to saleAfter purchase the new owner is responsible to transportIf there is an issue, you must tote it back to the storefront who should have checked it all out ahead of the saleThat is bad business on so many levels. We weren't able to test at pick upHad we, we would have heard the squeal.Military members are quite used to this type of treatment from small local communities because of our transient life. This unit was being sold as a used/ reconditioned unit, without squeal, without farm cow dirtThe poo wasn't cow pies but rather evident that cow dirt from the farm it came from coats the entire inside of each and every part of this unit, as well as the hay dirt. To sell a unit without proper inspection is just wrong, which can have dire consequences as is the caseIt is true the pull install was wrongly placed, and also the drum mount melted. Sadly I knew full well this turn and burn outfit wouldn't make good after the interactions since purchase, but I wanted to make sure other military families weren't taken for a ride, poisoned with a very unsanitary, health compromising product from this outfit. Shame on them.
Regards,

Thank-you for your a copy of the complaint [redacted] received May 2nd, 2016 by email from Ms. [redacted]. We are very sympathetic with Ms. [redacted] dealing with her illness and hope for the best for her.We refute the allegations from Ms. [redacted] other than she did purchase a used washer. The purchase...

date of the appliance was July 30th, 2015, nearly a year ago not Sept. 1st, 2015 as alleged by Ms. [redacted]. We issue only a 30 day in shop repair or refund warranty on used appliances. She states she could not bring it in because of her medical condition even though her husband picked it up at the original purchase. Ms. [redacted] alleges we "reconditioned" or "refurbished" the appliance. That is not true. We did tell her it had been repaired and tested for resale. She called our office multiple times regarding the appliance and was in our business to do a full inspection of the appliance prior to the sale.We discounted the sale of the appliance to Ms. [redacted] as she did not have the funds to pay the sales tax.Ms. [redacted] did call us after the sale to let us know there was a squeak when it washed. We informed her we would be happy to work on it for her at no charge but our warranty was an in-shop warranty as she does not live in Clovis. Ms. [redacted] alleges the problem occurred one day after purchase on her date file yet in the body of her complaint states: "After a week it's started squeaking". She, in her complaint, admits to continuing to use the washer even though she knew there was a problem. To quote her: "As time progressed the machine got worse, and instead we used it squeak and all". We can not be responsible for customer damage or negligence on a used appliance out of warranty. As to her allegation of debris in the machine, we had no reason to open the dryer cabinet as it's operation tested fine. If it was full of hay and cow dung, as she alleges, it smell would have prevented her from buying it upon inspection. When it heated the smell would have been horrendous. She would not have used it for 10 months before noticing. The washer cabinet was cleaned when the repair was made to the washer portion of the unit.Ms. [redacted] is not a qualified appliance tech or she would know that pulleys are "keyed" and can not be installed incorrectly and the "burning" parts come from overuse and or abuse such as overloading. We understand how cancer and the medication can affect patients and are very sympathetic for Ms. [redacted]. Had she informed us, at the time of the original call, that she was dealing with                  circumstances we would have been more than happy to help. As the unit has been destroyed by Ms. [redacted], we have no other alternative other than to deny any responsibility for payment to her.

Outstanding workmanship, pricing and customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
