AAA Appliance

Purchased a refrigerator on April 4th (from Billy) with a 30 day warranty from delivery date. It was delivered April 7th. The refrigerator did not get cold and ruined our food. We contacted the phone number and the mailbox was full and texts were never replied to. We finally caught John at the store on Saturday, April 25th. He said he would find a replacement and get it out to us the coming week. On April 30th I cannot get a response and have not had a replacement or my money back. When texting with John today 4/30 he asked "who is this?" and once I explained who I was and what I needed, he quit answering me. We went to the physical location on Saturday, May 2nd. We we spoke to John (who gave us the name Antonio) who said he would come by Sunday May 3rd to "reset " the refrigerator. We provided out name and number AGAIN. He said he would call around 2pm. He stated that if resetting it did not work, he was receiving more refrigerators Monday and we could pick a different one and he would switch them our. Of course Sunday came and no phone call, no communication and not responding to texts. I did not here from him Monday May 4th either. I text again and still have no response. This is a never ending saga that I am more than fed up with. Next stop will be small claims court.

I bought a used stackable for $400 plus a $60 delivery fee with a 30-day warranty. Two guys came to my apartment to install the stackable. It worked for about 30 min and stopped working. I called them many times for about two weeks, then they sent me maintenance for a repair. He tried to fix it. It also ran for about 30 min and stopped warking. I called the maintenance and he said that it is not working because there is a problem in the control board which cannot be fixed. I called the two guys who came to install the stackable with no response. I went to the store many times. They gave me promisses and never fulfill them. And every time I call them, they don't respond.
